As the old proverb says “Strike while the iron is hot”, we invite you to start planning your marketing activities for the next winter and to submit your applications for participation in the 20th International Travel Trade Fair “Balttour 2013” to be held from 8–10 February 2013 in Riga, Latvia.
Sooner the better!
Please be aware that the “Balttour” trade fair has a new pricing policy that offers different prices for the summer, autumn and winter periods of application. The sooner a contract for participation in the exhibition is signed and the application fees are paid the better is the base price. For example, signing a contract by 1 September 2012 (summer application period) you can save EUR 4 per m² compared to the autumn application period (ending on 30 November) or up to EUR 12 per m² in the winter period that starts as of 1st December. More detailed information on new pricing policy, please find in the Price List enclosed. Moreover, the sooner you join “Balttour 2013” the better support you will get through the Participant Support Programme communicating your needs and interests and planning your activities to be held during the fair. - sell your services and travel packages at the year’s biggest travel market;

Taking up two themed halls – “Travel Latvia!” and “Discover the World!” – “Balttour 2012” presented 650 tourism companies from 38 countries with their expositions allocated in 255 exhibition stands. The attendance hit 23,000 visitors of which 4500 were tourism professionals. It is expected that “Balttour 2013” will bring together more than 700 tourism companies from about 40 countries and the number of visitors will increase to 30,000. The organisers aim to make “Balttour” the leading travel trade fair in the Northern Europe. You are welcome to apply for participation in the Baltic biggest travel trade fair “Balttour 2013” already now to take advantage of budget-friendly summer rates and to book the best exhibit spaces!
